Effective Partnership Agency Working

This one day workshop focuses on ensuring effective partnership working amongst agencies working within a drug/alcohol field. Emphasis is placed on agencies working within DIP, concentrating on many problematic areas that have been cited as counter productive to ensuring that SLA's (Service Level Agreements) are adhered to and government set targets met.

Who Should Attend

Joint Commissioning Managers (substance misuse), Drug Action Team (DAT's), Commissioning Managers, Commissioners of organisations purchasing substance misuse services (primary care trusts, social services, the probation service, police and prison services) and other related services, DAT co-ordinators, substance misuse service providers, service users and carers, providers of related services (including allied and ancillary services), directors of public health, PCT chief executives and directors, chief executives of mental health trusts, police operational commanders of DAT areas, directors of social services, chief officers, probation areas, prison governors, general practitioners and drugs prevention advisory service (DPAS) teams.
